Yes it's sofa shopping time again - CRAFTfest is open for business from now until 6th July.

Here comes summer and here comes summer CRAFTfest!

There's still plenty of time to book a stall, and if you're pressed for time we now have different options available to suit your needs:

Option 1: - £5.00 for a standard stall for the week. You set this all up yourself with the support of your team leader and fellow crafters on the network

Option 2: £10.00 for a Creative Connections account set up and stall for the week. The stall will be set up empty for you to fill yourself with your items

Option 3: £45.00 for a Creative Connections account set up and stall for the week created for you with up to 15 items with full descriptions and links

Be welcome to my vision of contemporary beadwork jewellery - Beautiful, Beautiful Beads. The pieces I design are often made using a technique called bead-crochet, which I absolutely love. I use other techniques as well, to either make complete pieces or to add a focal point to a bead-crochet rope. You'll find a variety of jewellery in my shop that ranges from casual to statement pieces and each one has been created with love and thought. Created in Cloth - Cards

At Created In Cloth you will find two types of cards. The traditonal cards come with an envelope and are made from card with a cloth embroidered picture. The PostCards are again made from Cloth with a stiffened middle layer so they look just like a traditonal postcard. These are quite the rage in sewing swaps in America. They go through the post with a self-adhesive stamp - just write the address and message in ballpoint pen and pop into the post.

LO! Designz

I make handcrafted jewellery with mostly precious metal clay which becomes solid fine silver (99.9%)after firing and can be hallmarked as such. I also make pieces from base metal clays such as copper and bronze. I incorporate both semi-precious and lab-created stones in my jewellery. As all my pieces are one-of-a-kind, no two are the same. Auli'i Beads

So, a bit about me ... Well, I've always loved costume jewellery and a colleague once asked just how many bracelets etc I had as I always seemed to be colour co-ordinated. My first foray into the world of beading was when a favourite bracelet broke and I bought some beading elastic and decided to repair it myself. When I just couldn't find a bracelet to go with an outfit I had I decided to get some beads and make my own so I could get exactly what I wanted. Then to keep myself occupied during a period of illness I found myself making beaded jewellery and soon became totally addicted!
